Body Liberation Coach

I’m a conscious hippie disguised in athleisure wear.

At my core, I’m someone who deeply believes in helping women come home to themselves… to feel strong, confident, and at peace in their bodies. Whether that’s through movement, mindset, or honest conversations, I love creating spaces where women feel seen, empowered, and enough as they are.

Professionally, I’m a kinesiology professor at Bakersfield College, which gives me the opportunity to blend science, movement, and real-life application in a way that actually impacts how people live and feel in their bodies. I love bridging that gap between education & embodiment.

What keeps me doing this work is knowing how many women are disconnected from their worth, their bodies, and their power… and how transformational it is when they reconnect.

When someone encounters what I offer, I hope they feel safe, inspired, and reminded of who they really are – strong, capable, and already whole.
